Eligibility Criteria
Recognised nursing qualification — Diploma (GNM) or BSc/MSc in Nursing.
Diploma holders need 3–4 years of work experience.
BSc/Post-BSc/MSc nurses need a minimum of ~1.5–2 years experience.
ICU or paediatric nursing experience preferred.
German language proficiency A1 → B2 (B2 preferred) — you will work directly with patients.
